FTC Guide for Advertisers

The FTC recently enacted a Consumer Protection Bill that will affect every affiliate marketer.  If your websites, blogs, or advertisements don’t comply with these new regulations, you can be hit with fines up to $11,000 per infraction.

Some of these fines can be substantially more than you make with your sales, especially if you are newer to Internet Marketing. This will change the game for all of us, especally the marketers who have hundreds, maybe thousands, of sites or blogs. Those fines can mount up really quickly.

I have put together some free videos and other resources to help you make sure you are compliant when December 1st rolls around. I will be continually updating it with more information as it is realeased. Make sure you get this free information today, because the FTC will not accept the “I didn’t know” excuse.

***Note: I am not a lawyer. This is not legal advice. This is information put together by me from various sources.***
